From the FSM, it seems it won't. :Too Many Z are driving around with T-Stats, and are working Properly.. We need to figure out why Your Z is Running Hot.. :Bad Fan Clutch, Electric Fan Controls. :Bad T-Stat. :Bad Radiator. :Radiator Loosing Water because of Bad Cap. :Water Pump Lost it's Impeller. :Block is Clogged. :Timing is Retarded. :These are the Usual Suspects for Heating Issues.. :You have already checked/Replaced the T-Stat.. What Else on this list have you checked. :Cj
